Step 4: Decoupling Capacitor¶
This acts as a bypass capacitor for the LCD, but the LCD is a big component that draws a lot of power, so it needs a big capacitor.
Tools Needed¶
- Soldering iron
- Cutter
Parts Needed¶
- 1 x 10μF electrolytic capacitor

Solder the 10μF capacitor into C1. Remember to insert the capacitor with correct polarity (+ and - signs).
